The purpose of this course is to teach how to recognise stress and its patterns as it manifests itself in various parts of the body. There are no complicated exercises or meditation to carry out but rather a simple series of precise orders that will change a stressful situation by easing tension.
It is not necessary to stop whatever activity is currently ongoing in order to carry out these precise instructions – they can be done at home, in the office, while driving, on the phone, in fact in any place or situation where tension is most likely to occur.

Upon completion of this course you may take a final online examination. Full details of this examination are automatically sent to you at the end of the course. The examination costs €65 and is taken at home at your convenience. If you receive 70% or more in this examination you will receive an ITEC – Irish Training and Educational Centre Diploma.
