Course Description
This is a really dynamic Body Building course for anyone who wishes to tighten muscles, build body mass, reduce fat and have a taut, youthful body. Aspects of nutrition are discussed in detail and there is a separate section devoted to women.
In a series of carefully defined body building exercises you are taught how to:
- Use equipment safely
- Develop chest exercises
- Develop back exercises
- Develop shoulder exercises
- Develop bicep exercises
- Develop arm exercises
- Develop abdominal exercises
- Select and arrange exercises.
